Biology ProgramBIOLOGY PROGRAMThe Biology Program is a unit of the College of Biological Sciences and has administrative and instructional responsibility for introductory biology courses at the University of Minnesota. Approximately 4,000 students—both majors and non-majors—attend our courses annually, working with dozens of teaching assistants and faculty members. In addition, supporting all of the college’s instructional laboratories is coordinated through the Biology Program. The Biology Program is also home to the Biology Major. The Director of Undergraduate Studies for this major is Dr. Susan M. Wick.
