The Spectramax 384Plus is a microplate spectrofluorometer from Molecular Devices. Regularly used for NADPH ATPase assays, and BCA assays

Computer software is Molecular Devices SoftMax® Pro7, which Features include five parameter logistic curve fitting, parallel line analysis with observation weighting, and hundreds of ready to run assay protocols.
