Kathryn Hanna, Associate Professor - Emeritus
Kathryn worked with undergraduates at the University of Minnesota throughout her career. Whether teaching microbiology at the former University of Minnesota campus in Waseca, helping convert the College of Biological Sciences curriculum to the semester calendar as Associate Dean of the College, directing the Biology Colloquium Program for 20 years, teaching forensic science seminars, or instructing the biology internship course, Kathryn focuses on helping students find the excitement of the life sciences in everyday life and helping them explore exciting careers in fields that fit their talents, values, and interests.
Annika Moe, Education Program Specialist II
Annika's focus was ecology and evolution non-biology majors courses and education technology online learning. Annika taught BIOL 1001, supervised BIOL 1001 lab teaching assistants and worked to develop BIOL 1001 lecture and lab curriculum.
Eileen Furlong, Senior Lab Services Coordinator
Eileen worked with CBS faculty, staff and TAs to help implement undergraduate labs.
Rob Kulhanek, Teaching Specialist - Nature of Life Program
Rob supported the Nature of Life program and courses, including BIOL 1805/1806 and BIOL 2905/2906. He also helped with the Guild Initiative and related first-year program experience.

Katie coordinated Animal Diversity, Marine Animal Diversity, Zoology, and Ecology labs, assisted with student research projects, and maintained a teaching collection of live animals for CBS Instructional Labs.
