Alternatives for People with Autism Open House and Hiring Event

Alternatives for People with Autism is hosting a walk-in open house and hiring event this coming Wednesday, April 25 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This will be a great opportunity for students to see the AFPWA facility and to learn more about and apply for part- and full-time direct care positions. There will also be free food and gift cards giveaways!

Direct Care Professional Positions at ACR Homes

ACR Homes is hiring students to become Direct Care Professionals! DCPs work in a home setting alongside a co-worker or two to care for an average of 4 individuals who have developmental and physical disabilities. You will get the chance to care for the emotional, medical, and physical needs of the residents as well as enjoying fun activities with them on your shifts.

Work-Study Position: General Laboratory Maintenance for the Mortari Lab

The Mortari Lab performs human tissue engineering and bioprinting research. The lab has a work-study position available for an undergrad student in the College of Biological Sciences or College of Science and Engineering. The position will provide the student with an opportunity to start at the ground-level of a regenerative medicine research laboratory and begin building tangible research skills for their future career.
