Katherine Sullivan Scholarship Open

The Katherine E. Sullivan Scholarship supports a full year of study abroad for students who will have completed at least 120 credits of academic work by the end of the spring semester 2017 and will have finished all graduation requirements by the end of the proposed study abroad experience.  Students who are in their third year of undergraduate education are especially encouraged to apply.

Fall 2016 Learning Abroad Fair

You are invited to the attend the 2016 Fall Learning Abroad Fair. This is an opportunity to learn about programs all over the world that are available to students. For more information on the fair, check out the UMN Learning Abroad website

March 15 deadline for Intro to Tropical Marine Biology & Shark Ecology

CFANS 3502: Introduction to Tropical Marine Biology and Shark Ecology

Apply by March 15 for this unique opportunity to explore the ecology of local sharks and the natural history of the Caribbean while discovering aspects of local culture and development. The course runs August 3-11, 2016 and costs approximately $3700. 

Reflections From Abroad Week

Join us for Reflections from Abroad Week February 15-19, 2016! This weeklong series of events celebrates CBS students who studied abroad and encourages other CBS students do the same. Learning Abroad Photo Contest

Did you study abroad in 2015? If so, you are invited to submit a photo for the Reflections from Abroad Photo Contest. The theme of the photo contest is “A day in the life…”. Show us a profound aspect of your study abroad experience that became part of your routine. You in your favorite place, with your favorite people. It could be your internship site, something you saw on your walk to class. A local custom you found endearing. A memorable part of your daily life. Consider it a cultural snapshot of your adopted home.

Health Programs in Spain and Latin America Information Session

Learn more about health-focused programs in the Spanish-speaking world at this information session on health programs in Spain and Latin America. The session takes place from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. Monday, December 7 in 113 Folwell Hall. Past program participants will be there to share their study abroad experience.  The following programs will be featured:
