Boren Scholarships

Boren Scholarships are for U.S. students (grad and undergrad) interested in studying abroad in world regions considered "critical to U.S. interests", including Africa, Asia, Central & Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Boren Scholarships are up to $20,000 for an academic year, and are a fantastic funding opportunity for academically excellent students who are interested in studying critical languages and/or in "critical" areas of the world.

Important Note- the January deadline is only for programs between June 1, 2015 and May 31, 2016 and are at least 8 weeks

To provide an opportunity for students to learn more about this scholarship, a Boren representative from Washington D.C. will be hosting an info session.
