Changes to Scholastic Dishonesty Policies

April 01, 2019

Until recently CBS had a college-specific policy about scholastic dishonesty that prohibited a student from withdrawing from a course to evade a grade sanction (of any grade). The college has voted to remove the college-specific policy and align with the University-wide policy, which prohibits a student found responsible for scholastic dishonesty from withdrawing from a course to avoid a F or N. If you'd like to read the University's policy you can do so in section D of the Grading and Transcripts policy.
