Join the Minnesota Zoo and a group of fellow college students and a Zoo professional to study local conservation issues and see wildlife up close on an amazing winter adventure to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Park. Explore this beautiful snowy wilderness as you learn more about wolves, bison, hot springs, the science of snow, and other aspects of this unique ecosystem. We’ll snowshoe through the wilderness, take a sleigh ride past throngs of elk, and get hands-on with wildlife field research projects. Winter is the best time to view wildlife in these stark and beautiful wildernesses, so whether you’re a prospective wildlife biologist or just want the adventure of a lifetime, this trip is for you.
