Application Process Overview: 10 – 10:30 a.m.
Dr. Jon Gottesman, the Director of the Office of Biomedical Graduate Research, will present on the application process and basics of pursuing a graduate degree in the biological sciences.
Think Like a Committee Member: 10:45 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Review candidate’s personal statements and choose which one you would want to interview. By putting yourself in the admission’s chair you’ll learn what to include in your own statement.
Lunch: 12 - 1 p.m.
Have lunch while connecting with other students pursuing graduate school as well as faculty who can provide insight into their decision to pursue graduate education.
