UROC is hiring this fall for several positions at UROC for a project supporting a new statewide initiative called The Young Women's Initiative. They are looking for students interested in community engaged research experience! The project will include both qualitative and quantitative research.

The UROC team will conduct research, develop and run an engagement process, and manage project implementation to develop a statewide plan of action to create the conditions for young women, particularly young women of color and other young women (young women with disabilities, and LGBTQ and gender nonconforming youth) who experience the greatest disparities in outcomes in the state. This will be an action research process.
