Pain research lab at the Department of Anesthesiology is looking for a undergrad student volunteer who is interested in gaining research experience while supporting the lab with a variety of research projects. This is an immediate opening.
Role: The volunteer should be able to work for approximately 6-8 hours/week. The role will involve performing western immunoblotting or immunohistochemistry of animal samples, collection of data, data analysis, and collaboration with a research team.
Qualifications: Self-motivated, enthusiastic student with excellent problem solving skills. No prior experience required. Applicants will be in good academic standing (GPA > 3.7) having completed at least one year of their bachelor’s degree.
