Join us this fall for a special Petri Dish series of curiosity-driven conversations at the Bell Museum.
Sorting out what’s true and not true in food-related research findings can be challenging. We will explore this tricky terrain with eye to providing a baseline for distinguishing well-supported science, identifying outright misrepresentations and making sense of the flood of findings that fall somewhere between the two poles. Panelists include Michael Sadowsky and Mary Butler.
Doors open at 6 p.m. Come early to explore the exhibition and grab a drink at the cash bar. Then get ready for trivia and lively discussion starting at 7 p.m.
