As an HR Generalist in CBS, Alyssa welcomes new CBS employees to the college with an orientation session. She serves as a resource around talent and performance management, advises managers on recruitment and hiring policies and best practices, consults on compensation and classification issues, assists in the coordination of leave requests, and helps assure compliance with University HR and payroll policies. This work is done with diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) in mind.
