About the room
Cargill Seminar Room (Room 105) and atrium are spacious and versatile rooms available to University units. Located on the first floor of Cargill Building, the seminar room and atrium offer lots of natural light, a comfortable and professional atmosphere, and an array of contemporary audio-visual/digital equipment to help make your event a success.
Maximum room occupancy:
- 100 seated without tables
- 40 seated at tables
20 tables, 80 chairs, additional stackable chairs

Equipment available
- Audio/visual remote control unit (required to use installed equipment)
- Handheld microphones (2)
- Lapel microphone
- Audio/visual cables for connecting laptops and other external devices (S-video, VGA, with RCA audio and HDMI)
- Wireless connection
- Conference or presenter Windows computer
