You CAN Afford to Study Abroad Information Sessions

At this popular info session, students will get information and tools to help them choose an affordable program and apply for scholarships & financial aid - all important parts of making your dream of studying abroad a reality.

Interested in medical research, specifically transplant science? Join other CBS students at a site visit to Be the MatchⓇ, a global leader in bone marrow transplantation. For the past 25 years, Be the Match, operated by the National Marrow Donor ProgramⓇ (NMDP), has managed the largest and most diverse marrow registry in the world.

Biology Undergraduate Research Symposium

The Department of Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior and the Department of Plant and Microbial Biology invite you to attend the Biology Undergraduate Research Symposium on Monday, April 30. The event will feature student lightning talks (five minutes each) as well as a poster session.

Tomorrow and Beyond: An Evening With Dr. Jane Goodall

Scientist and conservationist Dr. Jane Goodall to speak March 23.

 

In Tomorrow and Beyond, Dr. Goodall will shed light on the person behind the globe-trotting international icon: A UN Messenger of Peace, Dame of the British Empire and the subject of countless articles and television programs.

Exploring Careers in Public Health Panel (U of M-MPH Information Session)

Learn about the Master’s of Public Health at the University of Minnesota. Programs include community health promotion, epidemiology, maternal and child health, and public health nutrition. CBS alumni who are now faculty or current students in the program will share how their undergraduate training prepared them for their public health careers. Light snacks and refreshments will be served.
