Propose a human-centered solution to a scientific case study.

CBS is excited to announce the fifth annual CBS Case Study Competition! This one-day event explores the intersection of community and science and is open to all CBS undergraduate students – students from all majors and years are encouraged to participate.
At the event, teams of 3-4 students will be presented with a scientific challenge and asked to create a human-centered solution to the case study. Teams can participate in one of three case study categories: healthcare and public health, ecology and the environment, or biotechnology. To participate, each team needs to have at least one CBS student.
The entirety of the case study will be completed at the event and coaches will be available to support teams throughout the processes. At the end, each group will present their proposed solution to the judges via a poster session. One winning team will be selected from each of the categories, and members of the winning teams will each receive a $200 cash prize. Lunch is provided!
We invite you to register as a team or as an individual (and you will be placed on a team). Due to increased interest in the event we will be accepting registrations on a first come, first serve basis, so please register early to guarantee your spot!
