Join us at Sovereign Estates Winery September 5 for an evening of science and appreciation of wine at Uncorked: A wine and biology social. Paul Savaryn (B.S. Biology, '76; MD ‘84), a CBS alumnus and Sovereign Estates founder, will share his professional journey from biology to medicine to wine making, as well as some of the biology behind what ends up in a wine bottle at your local store or restaurant. During the event, you can also spend time with fellow alumni and meet CBS Dean Saara DeWalt on the shores of beautiful Lake Waconia.
