Education
I attended both the University of Minnesota–Morris and University of Minnesota–Twin Cities campuses and graduated with Bachelors of Arts in Global Studies with emphasis in Latin America and Human Rights & Justice. Minors in Chicano Latino Studies, Spanish, and Social Justice. 

Life before CBS…
I was working most recently as a bilingual paralegal and a pre-consultation department lead at immigration law firms. In these roles, I worked with people both in and out of the U.S. to assist with their immigration questions and goals.

Adjusting to college life…
It took some time for me to adjust to college life. The option to spend a semester at the UMN–Twin Cities campus, while still being a UMN–Morris student, helped me find the programs I enjoyed and make my decision to transfer.

Favorite part of the job?
Hearing about amazing student experiences and opportunities! Also ensuring CBS Student Services operations are all running smoothly, so our team can continue to be as student focused as ever. 

Current passions, hobbies, things that give you joy?
Outside of work, I am outdoorsy; always wanting to go on a walk or plan my next camping trip. I also love music and am a fan of everything from Taylor Swift to Marcus Mumford to Bad Bunny.
