What drew you to this position in CBS?
I was drawn to this position, because it aligns with my educational background as well as my personal interests in communication and environmental studies. I am a firm believer in creating a positive impact and feel that this role is a great opportunity to do that.
What is something unexpected you've learned in your first few weeks on campus?
I did not expect to become so accustomed to seeing cows and other livestock on a regular basis! If someone told me two months ago the beginning and end of my work day would include the sight of cows, I never would have believed them.
What's something unique about your role that you enjoy?
I’ve found that my position allows me to take on a wide variety of tasks. I really enjoy the diversity of things I am able to learn and try!
What's a project coming up for you in the next year that you're excited about?
To choose one, I am excited to plan our recognition dinner taking place in the fall. I love creating memorable experiences for others and cannot wait to plan one on that scale. I’m really looking forward to every project over the next year. Being so new to the college, everything feels special and exciting.
What are things you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my friends and family. I am also a dedicated moviegoer. You will also often find me enjoying live music and relaxing by running outside.
