The new performance management process is designed to encourage regular performance check-in meetings with your supervisor and will provide you with the training and resources you need to engage in meaningful conversations about your professional development. Additionally, the new process focuses on shared goal-setting and individual accomplishments rather than rated competencies. Supervisors will rate overall performance on a 3-point scale. The PDF forms may be used for you to start thinking about and documenting your past years’ performance, but the official CS/BU/P&A review will remain automated through Workflow Gen. You will receive an email with a link to begin your review late January. Faculty and postdocs do not complete these forms unless they supervise a CS/BU/P&A staff member.
