Medications improve the quality of life for vast numbers of people, but come with trade-offs. Yet, could this be changing? With gene therapy, protein engineering and other approaches, the potential to deliver treatments without side effects is seemingly within reach.

Join us on October 9 at Urban Growler Brewing Co. for a conversation with University of Minnesota experts about how pharmaceuticals are currently developed, new treatments that could emerge from current research and the roadblocks to the next generation of drug delivery approaches.
