Itasca Biological Station and Laboratories in Itasca State Park
Curious about fieldwork but unsure where to start? Interested in taking a field course but want a sneak peek first? Never had the opportunity to visit one? During this three-day experience, you’ll explore a variety of habitats and hands-on sampling methods in the heart of iconic Itasca State Park. Guided by experienced faculty and field instructors, this is your chance to experience firsthand what fieldwork and life are like at a biological field station. Participation in this program is free of charge to students! Priority will be given to students who express interest by September 24.

CBS Book Club is back! This semester we will be reading The Secret History by Donna Tartt. We're splitting the book into three sections, and will discuss the first part on October 15. All participating students will receive a free copy of the novel and are expected to attend all three meetings.
