Several faculty members receiving tenure and promotion gathered in May to celebrate their professional achievements, along with BTL Department Head David Kirkpatrick, EEB Department Head Kieran McNulty and CBS Dean Saara DeWalt.
The University of Minnesota awarded 13 College of Biological Sciences faculty with promotion or tenure this spring. These researchers and educators study the living world at every scale, from molecules to ecosystems, while also training and mentoring the next generation of biologists. This year’s faculty receiving promotion and tenure include:
