HTS Spectral Unmixing Plate Reader (SUPR)

The spectral unmixing plate reader, designed in collaboration with Fluorescence Innovations, Inc., acquired fluorescence spectra in a microplate format (96, 384 or 1536 wells).

The SUPR is currently equipped with laser excitation at 473 and 532nm. With the ability to read a 1536 well plate in 8 minutes, this instrument is truly HTS compatible. We have demonstrated use in screening to identify compound fluorescence, and to monitor structural transitions of target proteins.
