The station’s full-service cabins, commonly referred to as “faculty cabins,” are simple but comfortable. Each is unique and reflects the historic character of the era in which it was built, mostly during the 1950s and 60s. All have full kitchens, and most include either a full or three-quarter bathroom; a few efficiency-style studio cabins use nearby shared shower facilities. Laundry is available in a standalone building on "Faculty Row" (at the southwestern part of campus) and in the basement of Cabin 13 (accessible via a separate exterior entrance). Some faculty cabins are winterized and available for year-round housing.
