Information for Lodgers
Arrival: Check-in time is 3 p.m. on your date of arrival, unless otherwise arranged with station staff. There is no formal check-in process, but please read the Station Policies and other materials posted in your cabin.
Cabin codes: All cabins have electronic locks. You will be sent the unlock code for your cabin the week of your scheduled arrival.
What to bring: Bring your own pillows and bedding (sheets, blankets, or sleeping bag). The beds in the cabin have twin-sized mattresses. Also, bring your own bath towels. For an in-depth packing list, see the "What to bring" section of Life at the Station.
Departure: Check-out time is 10 a.m. on your date of departure, unless otherwise arranged with station staff. Prior to departure, you must:
- Empty trash (if it is not taken out by 7:30 a.m. for pickup, leave it in the cabin)
- Sweep or vacuum the entire cabin
- Make sure all dishes are cleaned and put away
- Close windows and turn off lights
