Itasca Station is committed to maintaining competitive cabin rental and dining rates, understanding that cost can be a barrier. However, cancellations can result in financial losses for the station. In an effort to mitigate those losses, any cancellation after confirmation for a reservation of least 5 people and/or at least two cabins will incur a fee proportionate to the size of the reservation and the length of time before expected arrival at the station.
For group reservations with 5 or more people/two or more cabins, the following cancellation fee schedule will apply:

3-6 weeks before scheduled arrival | 20% of the reserved cabin fee |
Less than 3 weeks before scheduled arrival | 50% of the reserved cabin fee; 50% of dining fees for requested meals |
After arrival at the station | 100% of reserved cabin fees; 100% of dining fees for requested meals |
Group leaders are responsible for informing [email protected] of cancellations within their groups, and communicating this policy to their participants.
